Undergraduate Program of Intellectual Creativity Engineering, College of Engineering, National Chung Hsing University is Looking For: A Contracted Assistant Professor
1. Starting date of employment: August 1, 2021 (after all administrative procedures have been completed)
2. Requirements:
(1). Specialization in related fields such as artificial intelligence, integrated creative design, etc. (Note: this program has professional engineering courses in Smart Manufacturing, Smart City, and Smart Materials.)
(2). A Ph.D. degree in related fields.
(3). Assist the program’s director with administrative work and offer courses as requested by the program.
(4). Candidates with the ability to teach in English will be considered first.
3. Please provide the documents below:
(1). A photocopy of your ID or passport.
(2). A photocopy of the diploma or any documents proving that you will receive your Ph.D. degree before working in this program; provide a photocopy of the teacher’s license if available.
(a) A Chinese translation or an English copy (authenticated by a Taiwan Overseas Mission) if the diploma is from an overseas college.
(b) Photocopy of undergraduate and master transcripts if you have received your Ph.D. in the past five years.
(3). CV: Include your educational background and past experiences, required/featured programs you can teach, future research directions, and a publication list of the past 7 years. For past publications, please provide a photocopy or offprint of these publications. (5 maximum)
(4). Two letters of recommendation (Please send by post by the referrer, or send the PDF file to upice@nchu.edu.tw).
(5). Other related documents.

4. Deadline: Please scan and compile all personal documents into one single PDF file and send it to upice@nchu.edu.tw before January 20, 2021. Letters of recommendation can be mailed separately before January 20, 2021 (by postmark). This program will notify you within 3 days of receiving your letters of recommendation.
