Thus, the College of Engineering leveraged its strengths in multiple fields to establish the Undergraduate Program of Intellectual Creativity Engineering (UPICE), with courses in three professional fields: Smart Materials, Smart Manufacturing, and Smart City, to cultivate creative talents capable of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and engineering skills.
