Information regarding the Personal Application 2nd Stage Written Test is listed below. Test takers must bring a photo ID (NHI Card, driver's license, or passport) and arrive on time.
Date: April 23 (Fri) Time: 10:00-11:30 (Check-in from 9:30 to 10:00)
Location: Auditorium 2 and 3, Applied Science and Technology Building B1
The test will include short-answer questions on creative thinking in engineering and future engineering challenges.
Please make sure to bring your ID or any photo ID (NHI card, driver's license, or passport).
Test takers will not be allowed to enter the test room after 10:00 and will be marked as absent.
Key Reminders:
1. Due to the pandemic, test takers must wear a mask for the duration of the written test. Test takers can temporarily remove the mask when the staff verifies his/her identity.
2. Due to the pandemic, anyone accompanying the test takers must wear a mask and submit the form below before April 21 in compliance with the name-based registration requirement and for the arrangement of the resting area: https://forms.gle/Uajt3oHTVogCbM3T7
3. For the location of the Applied Science and Technology Building, please refer to: http://upice.nchu.edu.tw/traffic.php. The written test room is on B1, which can be seen after taking the elevator located near the main gate. You can also take the stairs to B1 from the lobby, turn around and walk straight ahead to find the test room.

5. There is no water dispenser on B1 and 1F of this building. The program will provide bottled water.
6. Due to the pandemic, the school has made the following arrangements for the backup test room:
a. If a test taker has a fever on the day of the test, the organizing department can arrange for that student to take the test in another classroom alone.
b. If a test taker is under "self-health management" under "Tracking and Management Mechanism for People under Infection Risk", the test taker will be arranged to use the backup test room (a classroom on the first floor of the Track and Field Stadium). When such students participate in the written exam, the following procedures should be followed:
1) The test taker should provide relevant proof documents 3 days prior to the test to the department. Any department, upon receiving such information, should contact the Recruitment Office immediately for follow-up arrangements.
2) Such students should head directly to the backup test room (first floor of the Track and Fields Stadium) on the day of the test.
3) On the day of the test, such students must not take public transportation and should be driven by family or take a taxi.
